The sittings editor works with model agencies to book models for photos in the magazine. Might also be known as the model bookings editor.
The initial paragraph of the story. The word’s origin goes back to the newspaper biz back when metal type (hot lead) was used. As not to confuse a typographer into thinking he had to add a line of lead to space out a column of type, we used “lede” to denote the initial paragraph.
