tropical disease? AOL Home (http://home.aol.com/) and the design blog
ShelterPop (http://www.shelterpop.com/) are looking for an intern who’s
familiar with HTML and the home decor blogosphere and would like to get
more familiar with web publishing, search engine optimization and a whole
host of other terms that will make deciphering job postings a lot easier.
For the right person, the internship will involve researching photos,
keeping up with market trends, writing, blogging, tweeting, using our CMS
to upload content and brainstorming—lots and lots of brainstorming. Our
intern will be published (hopefully often!) on the website, but sadly,
won’t be paid. S/he must receive college credit. Applicants should be able
to work at least three days a week and start in August. No promises, of
course, but AOL has a history of hiring its interns.
