Northstar Travel Media’s Business Travel News Group is currently seeking a fast-learning and tenacious reporter/associate editor with a background in
breaking news, interviewing executives, developing subject-matter expertise and producing engaging copy, from short briefs to long-form features. You will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced editorial staff and to build your contacts and knowledge on a defined beat. The story is about how travel providers scramble for business from travel buyers at both small and large corporations and other organizations. This position is located in our office in mid-town Manhattan.
Needed: Degree in Journalism or Communications, 2+ years as a full-time business journalist. Ability to travel, about once per month.
