Scholastic Parent & Child Editorial Internship

Scholastic Parent & Child magazine is looking for an intern to work in our Soho office 2-3 days a week, starting immediately. Our interns are an important part of the editorial team and contribute to the print magazine, website and iPad app. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized and hard-working. Duties include writing small pieces for the print magazine, interviewing celebrities for our website, requesting and tracking product samples, conducting story research, attending photo shoots or press events as needed, and providing general support to the editors. This internship is a great way to prepare yourself for a future role as an editorial assistant. Must receive school credit.
