- extensive research into music/art/film/ fashion/design/literature
- copy writing
- locating appropriate public relations people for pitching stories
- maintaining posts to social media sites
- updating contact/subscription lists / and databases
- filing, prepping mail, answering phones, and maintaining general office upkeep necessary
