Los Angeles Confidential magazine, a glossy lifestyle publication focused on celebrating the arts, fashion, Hollywood, beauty, dining, nightlife and home design in LA, is now accepting applications for its unpaid Spring 2013 editorial internship semester, which runs from January through May.
Duties primarily include story research, fact-checking, party coverage for the website and occasional short writing assignments for the magazine and the website. Interns spend most of their time working directly with editorial copy as well as the editors, although some standard office duties are incorporated into their days.
Applicants must live in Los Angeles and commit to a two-day rotation, from 10am to 6pm.
