The International division of Hearst Magazines is looking for dedicated interns to work in the Design department, working with all international editions of Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Seventeen, and other Hearst publications. Candidates must have a strong interest in magazine design & photography, excellent communication and organizational skills and an ability to work efficiently and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
Duties include (but are not limited to) critiquing international magazine layouts and offering design suggestions and samples, scanning images, updating mini walls, and working on various design projects.
Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is required, as well as a major relating to graphic design. This internship has a commitment of 2-3 days a week and is for school credit only.
