Adventure Publishing seeks two spring 2013 interns to work two days per week in our Manhattan office on print trade publications The Toy Book (www.toybook.com) and The Licensing Book (www.licensingbook.com).
Interns will have the opportunity to be involved with writing, copy editing, and layout of the magazine. Interns will also be responsible for contributing to our social media, posting on our blogs,Twitter, and Facebook.
Qualifications:
Potential interns should be English/Journalism majors who have an interest in magazine writing and editing, as well as experience with social media and WordPress. Experience with QuarkXPress or InDesign is a plus.
Interns will receive $30/day stipend, plus college credit if applicable.
Hours:
9:30-5, two days/week for the spring semester. Ability to begin internship in January a plus.
