The Active Times.com is a new, fast-growing website dedicated to all things related to the active, outdoor life, including destinations, gear, interviews and much, much more-and we’re looking for a winter/spring photo intern to assist us from January-May.
Responsibilities include researching and editing photos to accompany stories, growing and maintaining connections with up-and-coming photographers, uploading photo content, and assisting editors as needed. Knowledge of rising photographers, an interest in digital media and prior experience a definite plus. The ideal candidate thrives in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and knowledge of, and participation in, active sports is a distinct advantage.
Applicants must receive college credit, and the position is a minimum of 2 days a week, unpaid.
