The Redbook Photo Department is seeking sharp, responsible, enthusiastic interns for the Spring 2013 semester. Our ideal candidates will have a strong interest in the magazine industry and photography and possess excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Duties include assisting the Photo Department with photo research, sending issues to contributors, maintaining the image server, archiving all photo materials, and general administrative tasks. Interns will also have opportunities for hands on experience on photo shoots throughout the semester.
We will consider candidates who can receive college credit for the internship and who can devote 2 or 3 full days a week, starting in January 2013. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT ABLE TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THIS POSITION.
