Ladies’ Home Journal is looking for an intern to assist the beauty and fashion departments for the spring 2013 semester.
Responsibilities include: organizing incoming product samples, maintaining pr databases, upkeep of the beauty and fashion closets, calling in products, assisting with photo shoots, researching stories, pitching ideas, and supporting editors as needed. There may also be writing opportunities.
Our ideal candidate is professional, dependable, proactive, very organized, self-sufficient, has excellent writing and researching skills, and previous journalism experience through internships or work on a college newspaper. A positive attitude and passion for magazines is a must! This is a paid internship beginning in January through May.
