BlackBook Magazine is looking for an editor-in-chief. This person is responsible for the brand across platforms from mobile to online to print. As such, he or she should be comfortable in both the print and the online world. He or she should have very strong management skills, experience running a website, experience working on a print publication, be deeply steeped in pop culture, be conversant in fashion, music, nightlife, art, movies, travel, food and shopping. He or she must be comfortable managing an editorial team and liaising with the publishing side. The ability to multi-task is necessary.
This is a full-time position based in New York City. Full benefits and 401(k) included. Pay is commensurate with experience.
