Philadelphia Magazine A&E interns will provide research to the Arts & Entertainment Editor on local A&E events for the magazine, blog, and the Weekender, an A&E focused e-newsletter sent weekly to thousands of subscribers. A&E interns may also have an opportunity to attend (and cover) local A&E events and contribute to the magazine, newsletter or blog on occasion.
Interns should be motivated, detail-oriented self-starters with a strong interest in arts and entertainment topics and excellent writing and reporting skills. A background in English or journalism is preferred.
Candidates must be in school and able to contribute a minimum of 16 hours per week at our Center City office. Internships are unpaid, but may be used to receive academic credit.
