Writers must have a strong interest in Latin culture and conducting interviews. Reporters must be knowledgeable in transcribing, asking thought-provoking deadlines, open to fresh ideas, as well as working under deadlines.
The position is unpaid, but writers will have an opportunity to work closely with editors, expand their portfolio, and interview well-known personalities in music, film, art, and more. Bilingual speakers are a plus, but not required.
