Equally Wed, the nation’s premier online same-sex wedding magazine
featured in The New York Times and on CNN, is seeking detail-oriented,
hard-working unpaid fashion interns for fall/winter semester. Candidates
must be undergraduate students of accredited universities who can show
proof that he/she will receive credit.
Interns are responsible for getting images and information on all new
collections from bridal and suit designers, maintaining our fashion photo
galleries by uploading photos and writing captions, writing a weekly Style
Watch blog, writing longer articles for the upcoming issue, understanding
the fashion needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer
community. Interest in wedding fashion and support of marriage equality is
a must.
Interns will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, but must be
able to work at least 15 hours a week for four months.
