Description:
Seeking an editor/writer to join two B-2-B fashion magazines covering the
footwear and children’s wear industries. Must be expert at interviewing,
reporting, writing and editing as well as identifying newsworthy business
stories. Must be able to take ownership of his/her beat and be capable of
establishing a voice and point of view.
Responsibilities include writing for the digital products and the Web
sites as well as peer editing during the production process. Some travel
required. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-3 years experience
working in editorial environments (trade a plus) and demonstrate an ability
to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Must live in the NYC area.
