WeddingChannel.com is looking for a photo and community intern with a
strong interest in online publishing to start immediately.
Your primary duties will include researching and working with photos in
our online database, helping to coordinate the online community, and
assisting in other general departmental projects. You will likely have
additional opportunities to do photo research, tweet, and produce
slideshows. You need to be tech- and Internet-savvy, able to handle
multiple tasks, reliable, very organized, and not afraid to ask questions.
You should also be experienced with Adobe Photoshop and the Microsoft
Office Suite. Knowledge of HTML and CMS is preferred and an interest in
weddings is helpful. Undergraduate emphasis in photography, journalism,
English, or communications is a plus but not required. A $20 daily stipend
or class credit will be provided.
