Time Out New York is looking for a fashion intern to work from January through May. This position is ideal for anyone with a strong interest in fashion and who is familiar with fashion labels and shops in New York City. We’re a small staff so the internship is very hands-on. Responsibilities will include market research, managing contacts, press materials and look books, fact-checking, as well as various other administrative duties. You will be responsible for calling in and returning items featured in Time Out New York–so superb organizational skills are a must! We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic and has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Interns will receive occasional opportunities to pitch ideas and write.
