Description:
Time Out New York’s “I, New York” section is looking for spring
editorial interns. Responsibilities include research, reporting,
fact-checking, contributing ideas, running errands (rarely), solo
interviews and writing items for the magazine. Sharp attention to detail,
an interest in the particulars of NYC life, reliability, and a strong work
ethic are required. Interns can gain clips and editorial experience at a
weekly magazine. The length of internship is flexible, though a three-month
commitment is preferred, starting in early January. Availability from 11am
to 5:30pm at least two days (or three half-days) per week is required.
