The New Yorker Cartoon Internsip

Apply immediately. This unpaid, for-credit-only position involves students (current undergrads only) in the weekly excitement of The Cartoon Department at The New Yorker magazine. Intern duties include selecting from unsolicited cartoon submissions, filing artwork, returning rejected submissions, maintaining our database records and doing research in our library. Candidates must be visually acute and attentive to detail. A sense of humor is also helpful.
