The women’s website The Frisky is looking for an intern who can start
in January and work through the spring semester, helping the editorial
department at least two days a week in our Manhattan office.
Candidates should be highly organized with a can-do attitude and the
ability to execute projects with a meticulous attention to detail.
We’re a small staff, so there is a strong possibility you will be
writing blog posts regularly, in addition to doing some administrative
tasks. This is an unpaid internship, so applicants must be able to
receive college credit.
Regular duties include:
-Editorial research
-Contributing story ideas
-Writing blog posts and roundups
-Assisting in organizing and promoting special contests and events,
including processing entries and prizes
-Helping with other various administrative duties as needed
