Time Out New York is looking for an intern to work in the Seek department through December. You should be available to start immediately and work on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (10am–6pm). Seek covers fashion, beauty, health and fitness. We’re a small staff so the internship is extremely hands-on.
Responsibilities will include market research, managing contacts, fact-checking, as well as various other administrative duties. This position is ideal for anyone with a strong interest in fashion and who is familiar with fashion labels and shops in New York City. You will be responsible for calling in and returning items featured in Time Out New York–so superb organizational skills are a must! We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic and has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Interns will receive occasional opportunities to pitch ideas and write.
