Niche Media, publisher of Gotham, Hamptons and other regional luxury
lifestyle magazines has an exciting opportunity to gain
hands-on
experience in a fast-paced Art department. The ideal candidate
should be
interested in magazines and be a self-motivated, creative and
detail-oriented individual.
Responsibilities include the design and
completion of editorial layouts,
mainly FOB and BOB departments as well
as support for the art department
through a variety of media.
Requirements: Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe
Acrobat. Candidates must be
able to work a minimum of 3 consecutive
days a week, 5 being preferable.
Prior Magazine experience is a definite
plus. This is an unpaid internship.
