Lucky Magazine (Condé Nast Publications, New York) is looking for a
talented writer and editor to oversee its blog, Lucky Right Now. The ideal
candidate is obsessed with all things shopping and fashion; is an old hand
at HTML, RSS feed readers, and link marketing; and has had previous
experience with online publishing. Responsibilities will include: top
editing and formatting blog posts, researching and writing blog posts,
ensuring that all content is SEO-friendly, liaising with print staff and
guest bloggers, developing new features, and contributing to the overall
creative growth of the site.
Requirements:
B.A. in journalism, English, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent copyediting skills
Basic understanding of HTML, Photoshop, and Internet publishing
platforms.
Ability to work independently
