BizBash Media, a trade magazine and website covering the event planning
industry, is seeking a style intern. We’re looking for someone with a
background or strong interest in design (in events, interiors, art, etc.),
food, and new products. Duties are tasks like research, calling in
products, and returning samples, but an intern may also attend design fairs
and events, write copy, and help with photo shoots. The position is unpaid
but is a great opportunity to gain contacts in the design and event world,
as well as clips and a professional reference. Hours are flexible, but
candidates must be in the NYC area, as our office is in Midtown. This is
NOT a fashion position.
