The intern’s primary responsibilities include pitching and producing articles, plus assistance as needed on research, production, community management, and daily operations.
Ideal candidates will be organized, will be diplomatic, and will have excellent writing skills. They will also demonstrate good editorial judgment and an avid interest in business, finance and economics, web applications and the future of online journalism. Some editorial experience preferred. Basic proficiency in HTML and Adobe Photoshop desirable.
The position is for the fall semester, unpaid, for credit only. The intern must be a current student enrolled in a degree program.
We’re hoping to find someone who loves The Big Money, has lots of ideas about how to cover business online, and is keen to help us develop all areas of the site.
