Diabetes Forecast magazine (www.forecast.diabetes.org), the consumer magazine of the American Diabetes Association, is looking for a full-time or nearly full-time intern to start immediately. The internship is paid ($10/hour) and will last until the end of January, with possibility for renewal.
The intern must be detail-oriented and experienced in fact-checking and researching. The intern will have the opportunity to write articles for print and web as fact-checking and other projects are successfully completed. Intern should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet-savvy, proficient with fact-checking, and comfortable making several phone calls and inquiries for information, in addition to conducting phone interviews.
