ELLE magazine is seeking an enthusiastic college student to be their Fall Editorial intern (NY Office)! Main responsibilities include assisting the editors with story research, contacting PR agencies, sending our special mailings, pitching ideas for the Elle.com blog, photo research & calling in and returning products. The intern will also assist & research for upcoming articles. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the magazine/fashion industry, is internet-savvy and has good writing skills. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines with accuracy is essential. This is a great opportunity for a student looking to get into the publishing industry and learn the basics of how a magazine is put together! We are seeking an intern that is available at least 2-3 days a week starting ASAP – December 18th. This internship is unpaid and for current college students only.
