We are seeking an experienced MORNING EDITOR IN LOS ANGELES ONLY.
Hours: 5am-1pm (some flexibility – part publish from home, part in-office)
Candidate must have a proven background in celebrity and entertainment-related journalism and/or new media. Web CMS experience preferred.
We are a large new celebrity site that is distributed through a major web portal.
Desirable applicants should possess excellent writing skills with a witty and opinionated point of view, an ability to work quickly and prolifically, hands-on experience producing and packaging content for the web and/or print, and an innate understanding of what makes certain celebrity photos and news stories more compelling than others. Existing press contacts and relationships within the entertainment industry are also a plus. Serious and qualified applicants should send a resume along with
