Shecky’s is looking for freelance photographers to photograph hot new
bars in NYC.
Must own digital SLR camera
Photographer will receive a list of venues to photograph and will contact
venues to set up shoot
Photog must submit 6-10 photos per venue in JPG format
Shecky’s will pay $10 per venue photographed
Best method is to call venues before heading out
We prefer photos of venues that aren’t
packed with people, to better show the space, but some people in photos are
OK.
When making an appointment with a venue, make sure that chairs, candles,
etc are set up
Lighting can be difficult. A lightweight tripod or a monopod will help
greatly. If using flash, then a diffuser and/or long exposure should also
be used to cut down on the flattening effect.
