Monthly entertainment magazine located in the NYC Metro Area is seeking a
FULL TIME ENTRY-LEVEL JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER. Must be extremely
comfortable and experienced working in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of four-color printing is a must. Candidate must also posses
strong typographic skills, excellent sense of color, and an extreme
attention to detail. Responsibilities include designing pages for all
sections of the magazine, collaborating with editors to successfully
translate story ideas into fun and attractive layouts under strict
deadlines, and communicating with the production department on occasion.
The ideal candidate must be able to follow direction in addition to
conceptualizing and executing new creative ideas.
