Sets and maintains quality standards for graphic design, photography,
illustrations, and production. Manages personnel in ReadyMade Art
Department. Responsible for administration of departmental business for
ReadyMade art.
Skills and abilities: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in area of graphic design/art direction experience. At
least 2 years in supervisory position. Budgeting experience. Knowledge of
magazine production and understanding of editorial direction of ReadyMade
Magazine as established by the Editor. Production supervision and staff
management. Graphic, photography, and typographic design skills.
