Women’s Health is looking for an assistant market editor.
The assistant market editor will assist the Style Director and Market Editor in all areas of their jobs. The candidate needs to be extremely organized, a multi-tasker, motivated and prepared to work long hours, including weekends.
For the Style Director, the job requirements are:
1) Booking appointments and updating her calendar
2) Submitting and follow up with expenses
3) Assisting in all aspects of production including shoot
budgets, celebrity research, locations, and web-site development
4) Assisting on some photo-shoots
5) Assisting in creating mood and trend boards for future story idea presentations
For the Market Editor, the job requirements are:
1) Managing the fashion closet. Responsible for all the sign-ins, and checkouts of all merchandise.
2) Managing the closet interns
3) Assisting editor with market appointments and requesting samples, under the direction of the Market Editor and Style Director.
4) Assisting Market Editor on some shoots
