Brides Local Magazines is looking for a part-time, freelance Photography
Contracts Coordinator. This is a paid position. Responsibilities include
creating contracts, sending all completed contracts to our Contracts and
Permissions department, and general photo administration support.
Applicants should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills,
and a general understanding of photography formats. Proficiency with
Acrobat and Peoplesoft software system a plus, although we will provide
training.
This position requires about 10 hours per week and the schedule is
flexible —perfect for a student looking to gain experience in the photo
department of a magazine. The ideal candidate should be able to commit to
this position for at least one year.
