Us Weekly is seeking online interns to help the photo editors with various needs, such as
organization and photo research for the website. They will view thousands
of photographs everyday, including paparazzi photos, using the program
MediaGrid. They will also help edit which photos may be used on the
website.
Hours required/week: 9 am-5pm (flexible) Days: 2-3 days a week
Start Date: May End Date: TBD
Skills required: General Internet research and Photoshop.
Skills to be gained by the student: Photo interns will learn first hand
how a weekly magazine runs and quickly meets deadlines. They will become
acquainted with photo agencies and the process of photo research.
