Interiors fall '07 editorial intern

Interiors magazine, a newly launched home design glossy, is now accepting applications for its fall 2007 editorial internship semester, which runs from early October through mid-December. The publication focuses on interior design, travel, fashion, and the arts. Duties primarily include fact-checking, proofing, research, party coverage, editing calendar listings, and occasional short writing assignments. Front-of-book story pitches are encouraged. Interns, in short, will be spending their time almost exclusively interacting with editorial copy so there will be almost no menial work (copying, faxing, and getting coffee). Applicants must commit to coming in 2 days a week (either Mon, Wed, or Fri) from 9:30 am to 6 pm. Posted 09/21/07.
