Focus on the Coast, an award-winning, 4/color, glossy shopping, dining & lifestyle magazine is looking for an assistant art director/designer. Qualifications: 3+ years design experience, thorough understanding of graphic design, page layout and typography; ability to think/contribute to creative conceptualization; proficient in Quark, Photoshop, & Illustrator. Must be organized, responsible, team player able to work in deadline sensitive environment. Bachelor of Fine Arts, equivalent degree in commercial arts, or related field desired.
