The Senior Editor will also actively recruit new partnerships (with primarily college newspapers).

Responsibilities:

· Work collaboratively with editorial teams to further develop and implement the editorial vision and voice, strategic plans and editorial calendar

· Work directly with the College Editor on day-to-day edit and production, inclusive of all copy and photo, site upgrades and SEO improvements with the goal of increasing audience size and engagement

· Establish and enhance working relationships with relevant AOL/HuffPost department leads to increase the visibility of Huff College-focused content

. Significantly increase the number of editorial content partnerships by working with university strategy and business development teams

. Oversee day-to-day partner management and execution

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3-7 years related experience

· Strong editorial experience on the web

· Strong project management experience

. Passion for higher education and college-related subjects

· Strong relationship skills, including experience working collaboratively with internal team on creative and technical projects

· Bachelor’s degree
