the Reader’s Digest Association is looking for an associate editor in Minnesota. Responsibilities: Direct the production of editorial content that maximizes reader and advertiser satisfaction by being engaging, accessible, and useful, technically accurate and complete. Manage a team that typically includes an art director, photographer, illustrator and technical consultants to produce articles that are on-target, on-time and on-budget. Design and build projects for articles, and write and edit as required. Participate in article planning and evaluation. Tracking and control of all story-related expenses. Qualifications: Proven ability to communicate and 5 yrs. professional experience in the home improvement industry.
