I discovered Ed2010 after I graduated college in December 2006. I virtually had no idea how I was going to step into this tough industry. With one b2b magazine internship and one web editorial internship and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, I felt really unprepared. Ed not only provided me with a wealth of information, it also gave me a game plan on how to enter this industry.
My paid web editorial internship ended this March and I began to
desperately apply to every job and/or unpaid internship in sight! I landed a temporary paid internship at New Hope Media in June thanks to an Ed listing!). I gained some great experience there which helped me secure a bunch of interviews, most of which were Ed whispers.
I recently received offers from two major publishing companies for Web editorial assistant positions within the same week! I love you, Ed, and I only wish I had discovered you sooner!
