A few years ago, I moved to New York with my brand new English degree
and signed up at a temp agency—and Ed2010's daily news as soon as I got

an editorial assistant job at an online magazine, and a month later I
was proofing my new business cards.
Now I'm a lifestyles editor for a consumer health magazine, but I never
