This spring, we’re reading Sarah’s Key by Tatiana de Rosnay. The novel fictionalizes the 1942 Paris roundups and deportations, in which thousands of Jewish families were arrested, then transported to Auschwitz. In May 2002, journalist Julia Jarmond’s American magazine editor assigns her to cover the 60th anniversary of the Vél’ d’Hiv’ roundups.

Join us at a cozy Upper West side apartment for wine, snacks, a discussion about the book, and a short movie viewing.

For location and to RVSP, email rachel@ed2010.com.
