I’m moving back up to NYC starting this January - anywhere from Jan5 to Jan 15! I’m looking for a female roommate that is clean, fun, easy-going, and respectful of private/public space… no cleptos! I’m looking to spend $1,200 to $2,000 a month on rent (so that’d be per person) and want to live in Manhattan below 75th St. And it would be for at least a 1 year rent!
