On a related note (and this isn’t complaint! I’m just curious, you Knot editor who’s reading this!) why does hiring take SO LONG? You’d think they’d be in such a pinch with a position empty for weeks, or even months, and yet it seems like the hiring process takes 2 months at least. I’ve noticed this in many cases. Don’t they want someone quicker??
