So I haven’t been all that into MTV lately, but I did catch The City tonight and all I can say is really??? Didn’t the concept of having an MTV “reality” star working for a magazine happen before aka Teen Vogue and if I recall rumors were that did not help circulation. Not to mention does anyone else think it’s just dumb to portray someone in an accessories editor position who has obviously never worked for a magazine at that level before? It seems a little insulting for everyone who has worked there butts off for this. Granted I’m sure the job is about as real as Heidi and Spencer are on everything, but still it just seems odd and almost like MTV wants to slap every aspiring editor in the face especially since very few mags have been hiring this past year.
Sorry just had to get that off of my chest. If anyone else has a different perspective please share.
i agree with the above
i agree with the above comment, the internet is with a doubt growing into the most important medium of communication across the globe and its due to sites like this that ideas are spreading so quickly.
