i’m moving out of my apartment and i thought it would be great for those of you coming into town for an internship. it’s one bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment in the lower east side. i say it’s perfect because it comes with a (very comfortable) full-size bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. the utilities and internet is included in the price and you can use everything in the kitchen. the bathroom is huuuuuuge for nyc and has a washing machine for clothes, unheard of in nyc. it’s very cozy and homey here. it’s available october 1, and it’s $1150 per month.
