Does anyone know how good the chances are in getting a spot in Gramercy Green for a summer internship? If I am spending $275, I’d love to be in that newer building with all the beautiful amenities…but I’d settle for any of the others….. worst case scenario.

I lived in gramercy green this past summer, and me and my 2 other roommates all got it and were able to live together. We all applied like literally 20 minutes after the application came out, so as long as you apply and pay as soon as the application is up I think there’s a very good chance you will get your first choice.
