Hi, I’m moving overseas so I have an apartment available. It’s 1 BR in a 3 BR from Aug 1-Oct 1. Two roommates, both also in their twenties, one works at a major men’s magazine and the other is a waitress/actress. The apartment is $700 month and is in Astoria about 8 blocks from the N/W train (about 30 minutes to Manhattan). Could be a great short-term option for someone just moving to NYC
