Master Bedroom Available in Gramercy Park- July 1st

I’m moving out of my apartment early and am looking for someone to sublet my room for the months of July/ August. It’s the master bedroom ($1750) in a 3 bedroom apartment in Gramercy Park Lofts- on Park Ave South btwn. 21st and 22nd. The other two girls are great to live with- very clean, nice, fun, etc. and also rarely home. They are both in their mid-twenties (one works at CBS and the other at MTV).

The apartment is located in a boutique, luxury building with 24 hour doormen, live in super, laundry on every floor and a New York Health & Racquet is opening in the building on July 1st. It has 1 ½ marble bathrooms, eat in kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, large living room, etc. Everything is completely furnished with the exception of the room. The master bedroom is extremely spacious (11’ 8” x 15’ 10”) with high ceilings, two large closets and great windows. A photo of the room is attached- it’s kind of grainy but at least gives you an idea.

Additional information about the building can be found on the website: www.gramercyparklofts.com. I’ve lived here for two years and I love it- it’s four blocks from Union Square, 1 block from Gramercy Park and there are a bunch of subways nearby (6, N/R/W, etc.)
