Do you still need a roommate? I am interning at Harper’s BAZAAR and I actually interned with Seventeen last summer if you would like to chat. I really enjoyed it, but I’d be happy to tell you more in detail what I liked.
I was told NYU and 92 street Y and this other place, but I’ve been too lazy to actually do research. I basically just want the cheapest place possible w/ roommates because my internship is unpaid. :( And I would just go into the lottery or whatever, but I won’t want to end up with a roommate who’s like weird or idunno, you know the deal. It’s like summer year before going to college all over again.

I was just checking and I realized that Columbia has good affordable housing too.. has anyone heard anything about their housing? Which one do you guys think is better FIT, NYCIntern, columbia, independent housing?…
Hi…I think that this housing sounds really good. The apartments look nice and the location is handy. From what I’ve read a lot of people have had good experiences there. Are you interested at all in living there?
I’m not sure when we’ll hear back. I had read somewhere that they’ll send us an email about the check-in procedures & that we won’t know about room or roommate assignments until check in. I think it was in the FAQ section?
